  • Drive efficient global hiring, aligning with market trends and Belmond’s goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior key hires, championing best practices and transformation.
  • Elevate global HR and Hiring communities to attract diverse talent through innovative campaigns and strategic pipeline development.
  • Implement cutting-edge tools, analyse metrics, and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Design and deliver a best-in-class, consistent candidate journey that amplifies the Belmond EVP and employer brand.
  • Manage recruitment systems, vendors, and compliance for peak performance.

Requirements:What You Bring

  • A curiosity for the way things work, with an ability to see blockers in processes and unpick anomalies to redesign workflows to drive continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in global recruitment ATS system navigation with the knowledge to identify improvements.
  • A go-to expert in recruitment best practice and demonstrable expertise in developing a best in class candidate experience.
  • You will be a confident communicator, patient, and tenacious in supporting our global teams to drive transformation and train process/systems changes.
  • Intermediate Excel, advanced PowerPoint, familiarity with analysing data feeds across Power BI or similar analytics tools.

  • The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members can work remotely for up to two days per week.
