The main responsibilities include managing travel tools and data, developing and implementing travel policy strategies, and ensuring adherence to best practices. This role is crucial in enhancing travel efficiency and providing best-in-class customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments on travel-related issues and work externally with travel companies and vendors to secure the best travel strategy, services and rates.Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing all aspects of CyberArk global travel program.
  • Act as the liaison with travel system vendors, tracking enhancement requests, initiating system improvements, and providing real-time problem resolution for employees using travel systems.
  • Drive benchmarking, best practices, and continuous improvement by analyzing and developing travel policies to achieve best-in-class standards.
  • Gather, produce, and analyze global travel data using BI tools.
  • Administrator for various travel tools, including the global booking tool, global expense reimbursement tool, travel credit cards, etc.
  • Provide support, training and guidance for employees to all travel systems, processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Events teams to plan and support company special events, conferences and gatherings.
  • Manage relationships and build partnerships to ensure corporate travelers receive exceptional customer service and secure best rates.
  • Global insurance, visa and travel documents admin for employees.
  • Ensure and establish travel efficiency by utilizing special bonus plans, points and loyalty plans (credit cards, airlines, and hotels).
  • Support and collaborate with various departments on travel-related issues, including procurement, finance and IT.

#LI-FH1Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as global travel manager, preferably from a high-tech company.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in business travel industry standards, best-practices, industry trends, workflows in GDS systems.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing corporate travel technological platforms such as expense reimbursement tools, online travel booking portals, virtual credit cards and similar tools.
  • Able to use, Introduce and implement new travel technologies and processes to strengthen and enhance the overall travel program.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
