Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced GP (6-8 sessions*)to join the partnership team at Tamar Valley Health.*8 Sessions is our FTEWe are a research, training and dispensing practice operating over 2 sites (Callington and Gunnislake), with a partner-owned on-site pharmacy, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Working closely with our neighbours in Launceston, we are one half of the successful Launceston and Tamar Valley PCN.Main duties of the jobGP To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to patients of the practice and delivering an excellent standard of clinical care. The post holder will adhere to the GMC standards of good practice, contributing to the effective management of the service, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.GP Partner To include collaborative working and shared decision-making responsibilities with the partnership team.
