Sewell Wallis are currently working with a brilliant, well-established business looking to appoint a Finance Admin to their team on an initial temporary basis, and for the right candidate an opportunity to go permanent later down the line.This is a newly created role and will report directly to an approachable and down to earth Manager. The successful candidate will join a friendly team where you will be able to make a real difference rather than be treated as a number.The role will support all areas of finance in the day-to-day operations and will be fast paced and ever changing. The position will ensure data is accurately and efficiently input, to enable accounts to be produced on a monthly basis for the client.What will you be doing?

• Reconciling sales performance on a weekly basis and ensuring all reports are accurate and passed on to the wider company.
• Ensuring daily sales are reconciled and invoiced correctly.
• Assisting the purchase ledger with processing of invoices and queries.
• Dealing with expenses.
• Assisting the purchase ledger team.
• Additional duties assisting the finance team.
