Embracing student-centred learning, they welcome individuals aged 18 and above from diverse backgrounds, all eager to explore the world and make a meaningful impact. They’re on the hunt for vibrant Graduates who thrive on engaging conversations, exudes positivity, and is ready to go above and beyond to spark change, then this role is tailor-made for you!As the Graduate Student Enrolment Coordinator / Student Recruitment Officer, you will be the digital ambassador of their mission, spreading their message far and wide, and attracting fresh talent. From engaging on social media to conducting online meetings, you’ll guide prospective students through the enrolment process with professionalism and a personal touch.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential students across various platforms, including social media and university forums.
  • Conduct online meetings and presentations to introduce our programs.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to enrolment.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Opportunity to organise presentations and expand outreach to schools, universities, and organisations across the UK and Europe.

To qualify… You could be a talented graduate (marketing / economics / international Relations) / Communications / Social Media Whiz or have some experience in recruitment / student enrolment, we don’t mind, as long as your CV demonstrates:

  • A positive and proactive attitude towards engaging with potential students.
  • Ability to manage the entire recruitment process smoothly.
  • Collaborative mindset and team player.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Confidence in conducting online meetings and presentations.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, communications, or student enrolment is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

  • You must live within a commutable distance to Hull.
  • You must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to office location.
  • This is an office-based role, flexible working will be considered after completion of the first 2/3 months.
