Details:Mission and objectives:Enable continuous access to education for children, youth, and teachers around the world and drive improved learning outcomes through high-quality, portable education to support their entry into other education or opportunity pathways, including formal educationContext:We request the support of an online volunteer in close collaboration with the STP country office team to support us by producing 15 course thumbnails produced in the free version of Canva that includes course information related to subject, grade and type of content. Examples include math, literacy, science, climate, and similar.Intermediate proficiency in Canva is required and basic graphic design skills like color theory and typography are also required to be successful in this role.Examples of course cards on the Learning passport are below:P2E global library

https://stp.learningpassport.org/Task type:Art and DesignTask description:We are looking for 1 Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Global Content Lead in the Learning passport program and in close collaboration with the Sao Tome and Principe, team support us by producing 15 of graphic designs for Sao TOme and Principe LearningPassport Instance. In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to:
– Collect information on document/material background such as target audience, design style, branding guidelines etc.;
– Create draft design based on requirements and discuss with focal point and team;
– Develop the design according to agreed requirements.The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the education team at UNICEF HQ and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support the user experience and learner experience on the Microsoft Community Training Platform learning management system.Requirements:Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.Work Hours: 1 – 5 hours per week
