Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to analyse data effectively to drive decision-making. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage team of HR Administrators
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance workforce skills.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in HR management.
  • Utilise data analysis skills to assess workforce metrics and improve HR initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to promote a transparent and inclusive work environment.
  • Present HR reports and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimise HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organisational culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with a strong understanding of human resources functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels within the organisation.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications (CIPD or equivalent).
