(PDF, 142.89kb)More detailsWe are looking for someone with proven experience in a ticketing, preferably with groups within a visitor attraction or cultural institution. Responsible group allocations, booking procedure, payments, coach slots bookings, ticketing for commercial events. Assisting in the development and implementation of ticketing policies and procedures will also be a core part of the role. We are excited to see individuals who have a proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ticketing operations both online and in person, providing excellent customer service and supporting event setups and sales. You will embody excellence in system and people management. You will be a team player who can manage conflicting priorities and work on your own initiative.Interviews are due to take place week commencing 21st April.This is full time permanent position.
