Sol Duc Hot Springs Resorts are surrounded by towering evergreens along the Sol Duc River in a picturesque valley. In addition to the pools, Sol Duc hosts massage therapists, a poolside deli, a restaurant, a gift shop, and a convenience store.

Under the direction of the General Manager and Operations Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the work that is carried out within the Guest Services Department. Coordinates Guest Services at the front desk and retail store so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $22. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, Payroll, Training, and Coaching all guest services staff
  • Managing both the front desk and gift shop
  • Manage SMS Systems
  • Manage labor cost and retail cost of sales
  • Conducting retail inventory
  • Keeping the gift shop well stocked and neat
  • Conducting guest service recovery
  • Upholding high standards of conduct amongst the staff
  • Conducting cashier audits
  • Administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers.
  • A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
  • Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
  • Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Preferably two years in hospitality services or like environment performing like duties as Guest Services or Concierge’s supervisor.
  • Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
