Job description
Location: Remote (Occasional site visits to Oldham)Rate: £55-60 per hour (Outside IR35)Contract Length: 6 monthsProject:KO2’s client is seeking a skilled GUI Software Engineer to design and develop a touchscreen User Interface for a new electronic device on Linux. The user interface will control the device’s functionality. Although an existing GUI is in place, the new product requires a more visually appealing and modern UI.You will have the flexibility to choose the development language e.g. C++ Qt, Python, JavaScript, Rust, Go.Requirements:
- Proven experience in GUI development
Desirable:
- Linux development experience
- Experience with GUI touchscreens
A one stage MS Teams interview can be quickly arranged.
Expected salary
£55 – 60 per hour
