Salary: Grade 3 SCP 7-12 = £24,294 – £26,421 per annum
= 81.08% – £19,697 – £21,422 per annumTo provide personal care, emotional and practical support to people with identified care and support needs within a Registered Care Home setting.This includes older people, people with a diagnosis of dementia and/or adults with a learning or physical disability within an environment that enables supports and maintains a homely atmosphere ensuring that the rights, dignity, diversity, independence, and wellbeing of individuals are promoted and maintained.For further information please contact Claire Bartz on 01685 725000.All new employees are required to complete a 10 hour online Welsh Work Course.
