To support the Medical Administration Team in providing an efficient and timely secretarial, clerical and administrative service.The key responsibilities of this role are the effective management of specific departmental and patient administration systems, ensuring strict adherence and compliance to all Trust Policies and procedures.Provide secretarial support to the Senior Medical Secretarial team and Management as indicated by the Management team.***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as ‘Priority’ and ‘At Risk’ status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***Main duties of the jobProvide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Medical Administration Team.To take a flexible approach to your work.To ensure patient confidentiality at all times.Provide and deliver a high standard of support secretarial service undertaking a variety of tasks as directed by the Service Line.About usWe are a people business – where every member of staff matters and can make a difference.
