About the Role:
You will be a key member of the Innovation, Careers and Enterprise (ICE) student support team, within a small specialist university working to support students within Equine and Veterinary Nursing departments with impartial careers advice and guidance.
Working closely with University programme managers and departments to develop and provide careers & guidance education, utilising our Knowledge, Attributes, Skills and Experience framework to assist University Students to develop CPD plans that enable them to stand out from the crowd following graduation.
You will collaborate with academic staff, industry and specialist agencies to bring to life employability options for our students.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to review Graduate Outcomes data to inform and engage departments, demonstrating a continuous improvement approach and mindset that enables both ICE and academic teams to strive for excellence.
About You:
- You will have demonstrable experience of providing professional consultation at an appropriate level through advice and guidance is essential.
- You will have experience of research and maintain knowledge of career opportunities within our niche programme areas, whilst utilizing wider labour market information to inform advice and guidance.
- Ideally, you will hold a level 6 qualification in Career Guidance and Development, however gaining this qualification whilst in the role can be supported with a relevant learning agreement by Hartpury for a suitable candidate.
