You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, making sure staff have accurate and complete documentation, monitoring and observing for any health changes and ensuring medicine administration procedures are followed correctly.We require that candidates have completed an NVQ 3+ in health and social care and have previous care experience. We also require the new Head of Care to be willing to undertake their NVQ 4 & 5 if not already completed.If you are looking to progress your career in the care industry, then look no further. We will support you to grow in your role including supporting you through NVQs and any other relevant qualifications you wish to pursueJob Types: Full-time Contract, PermanentHours/Shifts: 40 Hours per week.   • Good English – Written and Verbal
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment
  • Previous experience of working in a similar supervisory role
  • Experience of working with service users, in particular, those that may have additional support needs
  • Knowledge of rota planning, ensuring adequate staff on duty with the correct skill mix and fair allocation of off duty/annual leave
  • Completed NVQ 3+ in Health & Social Care
