Head of Finance

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Head of Finance to join our team in London, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us in the role of Head of Finance. We are embarking on a transformative digital journey, and you will play a key role in supporting the organisation achieve this objective. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of our finance strategy and shaping the way our finance teams operate.

The Head of Finance will support the Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring the effective management and utilisation of the charity’s financial resources. This role is crucial in enabling the organization to achieve its mission and strategic objectives by maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance, and supporting informed decision-making across all levels.

The successful candidate will have:

• Holder of a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Degree in finance related field
• Resilient and capable of thriving in a large organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at leadership levels.
• Proven abilities in managing people, with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and enthuse others to achieve goals by setting and enforcing challenging standards.
• Experience in financial processing in a complex business environment.
• Postholder must have right to work in the country based.
