LIFE PROJECT 4 YOUTH
LP4Y is a federation of 17 local organizations in 14 countries whose aim is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of Young people (17-24 yo) coming from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.
Over the past 14 years, LP4Y has created solutions, always close to slum areas in large cities or in rural areas in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, and Lebanon working closely with the Young Adults who are contributing to the development of their country and community.
Since 2009, LP4Y has supported the inclusion of 9,533 Young Adults, and their families, into the professional world.
They have been accompanied thanks to 19 Training and Development Centers, 6 Green Villages, 4 Little Angel Academies, and 2 LP4Y Labs in South East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.

ACCOMPANY
the most excluded Youth thanks to a tested pedagogy and ecosystem allowing them to find sustainable jobs on their own and to be socially included in the decent world.
CAMPAIGN
with young adults coming from extreme poverty to offer concrete, grassroots solutions addressing inclusion issues and giving them a platform.
ENGAGE
all initiatives in favor of young adults in danger by sharing the expertise acquired, counseling, creating
Youth inclusion networks, and offering services and training.
The Finance Team ensures global financial accountability, transparency and sustainability, driving LP4Y’s financial health and strategic decision-making. This mission is divided into 2 categories, as part of the Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Finance:
- Ensuring financial stability through quarterly and monthly budget validation.
- Collaborating with local accountants for the financial statements preparation.
- Generating accurate reports for call for funds, cash follow up and cash invested.
- Maintaining good internal controls for the Global Finance Ecosystem.
Organization:
- Supporting the country coordinators in administrative and legal procedures.
- Responsible for managing visa issuances, renewals and liaison with local authorities.
- Supporting the Catalysts in the centers to ensure that all centers are aligned with the same guidelines (Equipment, Basic Food Package, Talent Package etc).

Expériences / Formation
The minimum duration of this mission is 13 months (renewable). It will appeal to candidates who are ready to learn, passionate about intercultural cooperation and have already acquired previous professional experience in Finance & Organization.

Fluent English is required.
Salaire
VSI – Volontariat de Solidarité Internationale Contract, LP4Y is accredited by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs
