This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join this growing and ambitious business. You will be instrumental in establishing and driving forwards the FP&A function, making a real impact on direction and growth.
As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights, and supporting key decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various departments to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation. This is a key role within the finance team and, as a new role for the business means you will have the opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function in a rapidly growing and internationally expanding business.

To be successful as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will have:
- Strong academic credentials including professional accounting qualification
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, demonstrating a track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in complex, multi-national fast growth business(es)
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive with the drive, determination, resilience and commitment to get things done >> ‘can do’ attitude with high energy and a problem-solving approach to new challenges
