What you will do:

• You will lead global intercontinental supply operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives;
• You will be responsible for delivering product launches, lifecycle management, and key global supply chain projects successfully;
• You will manage distribution networks, vendor performance, and logistics optimization to improve cost and service outcomes;
• You will drive demand forecasting, SIOP processes, and inventory governance to support business decisions;
• You will lead risk management activities, ensuring supply continuity and proactive mitigation strategies across markets;
• You will foster team development, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to build a high-performing, customer-focused organization.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field;
• Strong experience in global supply chain management within complex, regulated environments;
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across multicultural and cross-functional teams;
• Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, trade compliance, and audit readiness practices;
• Experience managing vendors, logistics networks, and cost-to-serve optimization initiatives;
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
