Job Description:This will involve actively seeking opportunities and developing and implementing the International Clothing & Home logistics Network strategy, so it aligns with our End 2 End supply chain strategic roadmap. What you’ll doYour key accountabilities will include
- Develop supply chain and logistics solutions to support both continuous improvement, issue resolution and strategic change across all logistics channels and feed into the project pipeline in support of the Business roadmap
- Develop and implement the logistics network roadmap. To deliver both trading and speed to market / customer and cost objectives supporting multiple operating models to include B2B and D2C across owned business, franchise and marketplace partners
- Accountable for the creation of robust business proposals and board approvals considering end to end cost and service to secure investment, ensuring that the developments are fit for purpose and scalable
- Alongside operational sponsors, develop credible and scalable E2E tax efficient logistics solutions to support specific partner and business requirements considering cost, speed and sustainability
- Lead International Supply Chain and Logistics governance and reporting. Feeding into relevant governance forums (Global Supply Chain and Logistics Network Steerco, Portfolio Review, International Transformation Forum, and International Business Board) and ensuring International has a voice at all relevant ‘tables’
Who you areYour skills and experience will include
- Previous International logistics operational experience covering both D2C and B2B and an excellent understanding of what is required to enable an outstanding delivery operation, with the ability to deliver change, and tangible business improvements
- Programme management experience, leading and running multiple and diverse projects with the ability to set meaningful and achievable implementation plans and deliver them
- Influencing key partners and delivering complexed messages to a range of partners both internal and external, including the creation of strategy papers and PowerPoint presentations
- Looks beyond existing methodologies and own subject area to define and resolve complex problems and build scalable solutions and challenge the status quo to deliver simple operational processes
- A strategic problem solver who can see the broader picture with the ability to assess scenarios in both a quantitative and qualitative capacity and is in the detail
- Ability to work cross functionally who is able to balance conflicting internal & external priorities and cut through ambiguity
- An inspirational Leader who can set clear direction, develop and inspire a diverse team to aim higher
