- Leading the In-Group M&BD team, setting objectives, and ensuring consistent delivery.
- Developing and implementing sector-specific business development plans.
- Managing proposals, bids, and marketing materials for client opportunities.
- Overseeing budget management and process improvements.
- Building strong relationships across the firm’s international network.
- Driving client engagement and research initiatives.
- Ensuring consistent brand management and effective PR campaigns.
What’s needed:
- Previous senior management level experience within a marketing and BD function across legal or professional services
- The ability to work with senior leadership teams to drive innovation and strategic priorities
- Ability to encourage a high performing mindset across the marketing and BD function
- Previous line management experience is essential
