We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.Head of NGO SectorLocation: Onsite (London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Frankfurt or Dusseldorf)Head of NGO SectorLondon, Amsterdam or Dusseldorf/FrankfurtWe are looking for someone to focus on developing our client base in the UK NGO/Charity sectorJob Overview:We are seeking a Head of NGO to lead our efforts in expanding our client base within the non-governmental organisation (NGO) and charity sector on a global scale. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing strategies to attract and retain NGO clients, fostering relationships, and driving innovative solutions tailored to their financial needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow Ebury’s presence in the NGO and charity sector.
- Identify and create new business opportunities and partnerships with NGOs globally.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the NGO community, including organisations, beneficiaries, and other partners.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the unique financial needs of NGOs, providing insight and expertise on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions that meet the specific needs of NGO clients.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Ebury at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand presence in the sector.
- Manage and mentor a team focused on client engagement and relationship management within the NGO sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the NGO or charity sector.
- Strong understanding of the financial challenges faced by NGOs and how to address them with tailored solutions.
- A background in banking/financial services and a knowledge of FX risk management products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Passion for the mission of NGOs and a commitment to making a positive impact in the sector.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) essential and a second European language preferred
