Exceptional opportunity to lead an established Pension Service and Administration team over a 12 month period, delivering exceptional services through a period of change.Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage all employees in the workplace pension service and admin teams
- Identifying and managing all current and emerging risks within the business unit
- Execution and delivery of agreed service and administration strategy
- Management and development of on-going client relationships at the senior management level
- Oversee on-going Projects
- Support the scheme governance with participation in committees or meetings as needed
You
- Background in DC/Master Trust pensions with particular experience within Transfers
- Experience of working in the Workplace pensions marketplace developing and implementing products and services
- Experienced in managing and leading teams
