The University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint to the post of Head of Programme Management Office to lead the programme coordination and project administration resource for all estates projects.The University of Greenwich is one of the largest universities in the UK and works with universities across the world delivering its programmes. The Greenwich campus is based on a UNESCO World Heritage Site and we are custodians of 16 listed buildings with special architectural or historic interest.Reporting to the Associate Director of Capital Projects, the Head of PMO will lead on business case development, high quality reporting, commercial oversight, governance, assurance and risk management across the estates department.We are seeking individuals with a track record in programme management across a multi-faceted capital programme looking to advance their carer in undertaking a key oversight role on one of the largest higher education capital programmes in the UK.Now is an exciting time to be joining the team, with several new appointments in key estates leadership roles and advancement of the estates strategy and capital plan.
