Oversee Ownr Insurance and other new product offerings.

Build relationships across RBC, identifying opportunities to drive enterprise value and expand Ownr’s suite of products.

Play an active role on Ownr’s senior leadership team, informing the CEO’s vision and taking broad accountability for the success of the venture.

Gain subject area expertise, provide guidance on Ownr’s total addressable market and broader legal and entrepreneurship market landscape.

What will you need to succeed?

Must-Haves:

At least 6 years in growth-related roles (startup, scaleup or FinTech environment preferred)

Demonstrable experience in implementing successful revenue strategies.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train diverse teams.

Nice to Have:

A passion for entrepreneurship and/or experience working with products and services targeted at the SMB segment.

Experience pushing forward big initiatives while navigating a complex, multi-faceted financial institution.

What’s in it for you?

Be part of Ownr’s collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team, where your work is valued and directly impacts the organization’s success.

A strong organizational culture that moves like a startup with the support of a large enterprise. We thrive on the challenge to be our best and work together to help our customers succeed. We care about each other and believe achieving success is a shared goal across the organization.

A comprehensive Total Rewards Program, including bonuses and flexible benefits.
