Health and Safety Advisor – £55,000 – Wandsworth, LondonWe are currently seeking a dedicated Health and Safety AdvisorManage and implement a broad range of Occupational Health & Safety practices on-site.Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance across the property, with a focus on building-related safety and legislation.Lead a small team of safety professionals and contractors, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.Deliver and maintain safe working conditions and a proactive safety culture across the site.Advise on health and safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation.Health and safety advisorCompetitive Salary and Great benefitsNEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or currently studying).Strong knowledge of property-related legislation and building technical safety.In-depth understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.Proven experience managing small teams, including contractors.Experience in a similar Health & Safety or compliance role, ideally within a property or educational setting.leading client in the education sector, based in Wandsworth, London.Competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.Generous annual leave allowance: 33 days plus UK bank holidays.Defined pension contribution scheme, with up to 14% employer contribution.Life insurance cover.Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed and forward-thinking team within the education sector, making a real impact on health and safety standards.If you have the experience and qualifications, apply today to take the next step in your career!
