About the role

Ready to lead the charge in safeguarding the well-being of our workforce and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards? Join us as the Health Program Coordinator and play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and coordinating all business activities and medical practices. This role provides essential guidance on Occupational Health aspects, from statutory health surveillance to compliance matters, shaping a culture of safety and wellness throughout our organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in planning departmental activities, ensuring statutory medicals, health screenings, and other appointments are scheduled.
  • Supplying correct documentation to approved medical providers.
  • Managing and organizing medical and fitness records.
  • Supporting health surveillances and referrals, including arranging appointments.
  • Recording employee medical declarations and providing relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Addressing day-to-day queries from employees and external vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health regulations and service policies.
  • Liaising with external vendors and medical providers.
  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Escalating issues to the Service Medical Advisor when necessary.

About you

  • Experience in a complex administrative environment, ideally with knowledge of Occupational Health. Occupational Health experience is not essential, but is preferred
  • Experience of working on own initiative and prioritizing workload.
  • Proven ability and experience of communicating information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to compile and present data, maintain and update records.
