As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be at the forefront of a commitment to offer a workplace that prioritises safety, health, and compliance. In this role, you will take ownership of the Health and Safety on a major project, maintaining excellent safety standards within a professional team.You’ll join a progressive Main Contractor with an outstanding safety record. This company are striving towards a zero-accident environment by promoting behavioural safety in a proactive and innovative manner. They value their employees and ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety while pursuing construction excellence.Specialising in prestigious commercial projects, pharmaceutical projects and residential developments, they are at the forefront of the Irish construction industry. This is a role that ensures you will stand out as a Health and Safety professional.You will need:
- Grad IOSH or higher
- At least 3 years as a Health and Safety professional
- Time Management and Organisation Skills
- Interpersonal and engagement skills
- Understand performance management
- Strong IT skills in MS Office tools and OHS/Env reporting system
- NEBOSH Diploma in OHS or equivalent and/or higher
- PSDP and/or PSCS training. .
- Incident Investigation Training
