Azon are delighted to partner with a dynamic self-build developer in the Irish market to hire an experienced Health & Safety Manager to be based in their Kildare office on a permanent and basis.Key Responsibilities:
- Run H&S management system effectively across numerous sites
- Ensure consistent application of auditing and implementation of site-specific disciplinary procedures as well as ensuring sites compliance to close out audits
- Provide coaching, training and support to safety team across multiple sites,
- Lead accident investigations and reports on sites under your control.
- Manage monthly reporting to internal and external functions for sites under your direction.
Requirements:
- Relevant EHS qualification essential.
- Minimum 5 Years experience in relevant position.
- Experience working in the Construction Sector necessary.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
