Job Description:
The team are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Inquest Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in representing clients during healthcare-related inquests, ensuring the pursuit of justice and fair outcomes for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

*Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to healthcare inquests.
*Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the inquest process.
*Prepare and present compelling legal arguments, ensuring the best interests of the client are represented.
*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical experts, to build robust cases.
*Attend inquest hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry developments.
*Advise on regulatory issues concerning Court of Protection mainly, as well as mental health, CQC and judicial reviews.

Qualifications:

*Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
*Proven experience in handling healthcare inquests or related medical law cases.
*Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
*Experience advising on Court of Protection matters.
*Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
