Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda C3The successful candidate will work as part of the Ward C3 team in Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda, to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs, enhanced care needs and to support complex discharge planning.We are looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community hospital setting. You will receive support and development through in-service training, regular appraisals and clinical supervision.Main duties of the jobDo you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field?If so, we currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTMUHB.The team of qualified nurses and health care support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.The post holder will be part of an integrated team. You will be supported in your role by the registered nurses, Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager.We encourage informal visits to allow applicants to familiarise themselves with our services, and to answer any questions they may have.This post is Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months due to secondment coverIf you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.About usCwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family.
