Beechwood Ward is an 18 bedded, Older Person’s Acute Admission Ward. We treat everyone in our care with dignity and humanity, we understand a person’s individual needs, show compassion and sensitivity, whilst providing care in a way that respects all people equally.We promote least restrictive practice and have a very experienced and diverse team on Beechwood ward. We have nurses from a variety of disciplines (adult, mental health and learning disabilities) and we have experience from older persons, adult acute, PICU, Child and learning difficulties.In joining us, you can expect ongoing support from a dedicated supervisor who will provide clinical support & facilitate your ongoing development & a wider commitment to ensuring that you can be the best Healthcare Support Worker possible.
