- Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled workshop team as a HGV Workshop manager
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
- Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and performance

What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in managing a busy hgv workshop environment
