Hours: Straight days, Monday to FridayJob Description We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team in Rickmansworth. This role offers a competitive salary of £44,000 and a structured, weekday schedule—making it ideal for those looking for a stable routine without weekend work.
As an HGV Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing our fleet to the highest standards. We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable technician who can work independently and take pride in their work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).
- Diagnose faults and conduct preventative repairs to minimize downtime and ensure the fleet is roadworthy.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, and repairs carried out.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and communicate updates to the Service Manager.

Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in HGV Maintenance or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in HGV servicing, diagnostics, and repair.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- License: HGV license preferred but not essential.
