On top if this, we’re here to support you, so in return for your hard work we can offer you bespoke candidate support, additional training and competitive pay rates!CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILSLocation: BristolPosition: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)Start Date: ImmediateRate of pay : £115 – £135 p/d (as per assignment/negotiable)Hours: 08:30 16:00RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver group interventions and support in-class learning across KS1 and KS2.
- Provide tailored support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
- Contribute to our school’s positive and inclusive environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably within a primary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the school.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
