- Accountable for the everyday delivery of Highland Safaris activities and products, following the company’s Manuals, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Is knowledgeable, approachable, professional, presentable and engaging at all times.
- Accountable for following and adhering to the established processes and systems.
- Is safety conscious, and proactively identify and report any faults, safety concerns or problems as soon as possible.
- Helps with the day to day business and customer activities at the Safari Lodge, including Café and Shop, as per business needs.
- Effectively communicates all concerns, questions or suggestions with the Operations Team Leader.
