We are looking to expand our team across the Central Hampshire area with kind, compassionate and caring individuals.Job DescriptionLooking for a new job? We are looking for a passionate person with excellent communication and people skills to work as part of Home Instead, responsible for delivering home care across Belfast and Greater Belfast. Care Assistants MUST have a Valid UK Driving Licence (with access to a vehicle for work purposes) and have the Right to work in the UK.What makes us different:
- Up to £12.50 per hour (doubled on bank holidays)
- 45p per mile to cover mileage
- DBS paid by us
- No uniforms
- Family-owned, with on-call support available 24/7
- Clients matched to carers based on personality/interests
- All visits 1 hour or longer, giving you enough time with the client
- Travel time of at least 15 minutes between visits so you don’t feel rushed
- Full training provided
About you:
- Willing to work some weekend hours
- You have a driving licence and vehicle access
- Right to work in the UK, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship
- We can only consider local applicants
The role will vary depending on the client’s needs but could include companionship, outings, meals, personal care and specialist dementia care – all of which we will offer full training for so you feel confident.QualificationsWe’re looking for

- An ability to follow simple instructions
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle, for most roles
- Authorisation to live and work in the UK
