This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a team while managing an exciting department full of Home products.Where you’ll be: You’ll be part of a dynamic team in a leading garden centre, overseeing the Home Department and ensuring exceptional customer service and retail standards. Your expertise will ensure the department runs smoothly, with a focus on merchandising, stock management, and creating engaging displays.What you’ll be doing: As Home Department Supervisor, you’ll manage stock, oversee merchandising, and ensure retail standards are consistently met. You’ll be responsible for ordering, maintaining performance reports, and managing POS materials in your area. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to step up as the Department Manager’s deputy when needed, ensuring the team stays on track and meeting goals.What we need from you: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive individual who has a passion for home products. You should have experience in retail, with the ability to inspire your team and ensure high standards across the department.
