This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and friendly welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring check-in and check-out processes run smoothly.
- Assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and general hotel information.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage phone and email communications in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk and lobby area, adhering to the hotel’s high standards.
- Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and events to enhance the guest experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is advantageous but not essential – we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for hospitality.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
- A polished and professional appearance, in line with the hotel’s standards.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.
