  • Provide a professional and friendly welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring check-in and check-out processes run smoothly.
  • Assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and general hotel information.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage phone and email communications in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk and lobby area, adhering to the hotel’s high standards.
  • Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and events to enhance the guest experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is advantageous but not essential – we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for hospitality.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
  • A polished and professional appearance, in line with the hotel’s standards.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.
