A little more information:As Hotel Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.
- Participate in hotel’s organisation.
- Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
- Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty through handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest’s feedback.
- Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
- Are result-driven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals
