Job description
We are working with an insurance firm in their search for a dynamic HR Administrator to join the small and friendly team initially on a 12 month fixed term basis. This will be a Generalist role covering the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, audit in line with financial services regulations and learning & development. You will be an integral part of the team supporting with all HR administration and updating the HRIS, as well as facing off to the business as a first point of contact. There is also the potential to get involved in various projects around employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.

The profile:
- Previous experience in HR Administration in financial or professional services would be beneficial.
- Proactive approach with a desire to learn and develop in a fast pace and changing environment where two days are never the same.
- Approachable and confident communication style to build relationships with the business.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle a busy workload.
- CIPD qualified (beneficial)
Hybrid working available based in the City.
