The successful candidate will work to meet the needs of our colleagues and support the people practices within our Retail division.This person will be part of a busy HR team managing the administrative and operational activities associated with all aspects of the colleague life cycle.This person will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration support to colleagues across our Retail organisation and the wider HR team. This person will form part of the HR team and will work in partnership with their wider HR peer group to support delivering a best-in class colleague experience.This role sits within the Retail Business and reports to the HR Business Partner.The primary objective of this position is to support the HR agenda within the Retail division. It will involve providing proactive focused HR advice, administration, assisting in recruitment, ER/IR, and training.Key OutcomesSupport the HR Team with day-to-day administrative dutiesHR mailbox managementEnsure data integrity in Workday and administer employee changes as appropriateMeet deadlines to ensure critical people processes are metParticipate in wider HR team projects as required to ensure successful delivery and implementationAssist and advise management & staff on company policy queries in line with legislation.Deal with day-to-day HR related queries from management and colleaguesMaintaining and updating the HR systems.Attending meetings to provide general administrative support as required, taking and transcribing minutes as necessary.Any other duties that may be required to support the HR team to deliver best practice HR services to employees and managers.Key Skills & ExperiencesHR qualification with 3-4 years HR Experience desirableWorkday, TMS or Timepoint experience is desirableStrong administration and organisational skillsDemonstrate a passion for HR and proven experience of adding value and driving change through progressive HR initiativesExcellent Communication Skills with both internal and external partiesAttention to detail and the ability to multi-taskContinuous Improvement – someone who is looking to constantly improve processes and ways of working.
