HR Administrator – Temp 6-8 weeks – £14.00 per hour – London/Hybrid

Digital Group is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support their HR team on a temporary basis at their central London offices.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 6-8 week period and will pay £14.00 per hour.

The role is hybrid and will involve working 2-3 days in the office.

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday.

The HR Administrator will support the HR Manager is putting new HR processes in place. This will include:

  • Creating a new document hub for employee records and HR related documents
  • Reporting
  • Creating document templates
  • Supporting with the creation of a new employee handbook.

The ideal HR Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Administration role
  • Experience of using HR databases
  • Excellent IT skills, to include MS Office
  • Attention to Detail, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
