We are seeking an HR Administrator – Resourcing to join our friendly and committed HR Operations team. In this highly varied role you’ll support the administration of employee recruitment and resourcing across the organisation, whilst adhering to HR Department standards, policies and procedures. (PDF, 176.69kb)More detailsYou’ll be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with some experience working in an administrative role within an HR function, and have a working knowledge of recruitment processes and practise. This role deals with a high volume of activity often against tight timescales. Consequently the role is busy, varied and requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.Interviews planned for 23 April 2024.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
