£45,000 to £50,000 per annum
I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a well established business based in Harlow. The role is an all round HR mix, and I am looking for candidates to be responsible for the following:
– Full HR generalist duties
– Support implementation of HR strategies in line with business and people plans
– Work with and coach line managers around policies and procedures
– Provide HR expertise within the ER processes across the business, including investigations where required
– Maintain HR records in ER processes and report on these on a monthly basis
– Assist anf support the roll out of various projects and changes within the business
– Support recruitment and on-boarding activities
As the HR Business Partner, you will have the following experience:
– Proven hands on experience within a similar role, HR Manager or HRBP
– Strong Microsoft Office skills
– Current knowledge of Employment Law, HR Policies and Procedures
– Ideally CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience
