Job introductionAbout the roleAre you working in HR and looking to develop your career within a collaborative team?As an HR Consultant, you will provide solution-based HR advice to our customers. You will advise on contentious and complex areas of employee relations work, including restructures, redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances and under-performing staff.You will work within a large team of employee relations specialists and be able to access support from experts across the HR department. You will play a key role in building the capacity of line managers to resolve people management issues effectively and professionally within a busy environment.We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have up to date knowledge of employment legislation
  • Are experienced in successfully resolving a variety of employee relations issues, including restructures and redundancy
  • Are able to positively communicate and build strong relationships with customers
  • Are able to juggle constantly changing priorities and demonstrate resilience
