Job description
An HR Coordinator position has opened up in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector based in Cardiff. This role requires a dedicated team member who can efficiently manage various HR functions and support the Human Resources department.
- Coordinate HR transactional processes for the employee life cycle, including offer documentation, contractual variations, absence management, and leaver processes.
- Lead and ensure accurate HR information in compliance with Data Protection Legislation and site audit requirements, using HR information systems and maintaining personnel files.
- Manage time and attendance tools, ensuring precision in collaboration with People Leaders.
- Enforce Company Attendance Management Policy consistently and advise managers on absence issues, facilitating long-term solutions.
- Identify and lead process improvements in transactional HR processes to promote a self-service culture and empower people leaders.

A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- CIPD or working towards CIPD qualification
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Ideally FMCG or manufacturing background although not essential
- Ability to work independently and autonomously

- Salary range of £26,000 – £32,000 per annum.
