About the role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to dive into the heart of HR operations? We’re on the lookout for a HR Intern to take on the role of providing comprehensive administrative support to our HR department.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage a spectrum of HR documents throughout the employee lifecycle: from contracts to references, ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain employee records, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Address HR queries through various channels, providing seamless support on benefits, policies, and system inquiries.
- Generate reports from HR systems as needed.
- Ensure regulatory registrations are current and compliant.
- Participate in various HR projects to drive innovation and excellence.
About you
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience of using IT skills particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the use of database systems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
