At our facility in Vaughan you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging sector as the HR Manager :Oversee and manage operational functions in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and regulatory requirements, including compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, and leave administrationAct as a trusted partner to support business budgetting as well as workforce and succession planningProvide performance management and workforce development coaching and consulting to the operations and administrative leadership teamLead the attract and retain strategy and the monthly, quarterly, and annual Cascades HR initiativesFacilitate reporting from HR analytics, monthly HR & company initiatives, and announcementsRepresent Cascades Packaging at community and corporate events and meetingsPromote change management initiatives through proactive communication and relationship buildingIntroduce and support continuous improvement concepts while providing the guidance and oversite to reach intended objectivesBring out the best in yourself!Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.You too, put forward your strengths:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field or combination of experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of five (5) years’ experience of related professional human resource leadership experienceExperienced in change management and integrating continuous improvement conceptsProficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems such as Success FactorsLeadership experience in Human Resources, specifically supporting a diverse industrial workforce is a strong assetStrong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set prioritiesLeadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions and changeWe look forward to meeting you!About CascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
