In this pivotal role, you will communicate and execute HR initiatives while ensuring the smooth running of payroll. Your proficiency in personnel administration, exceptional communication abilities, and interpersonal finesse will bolster the success of our team.What You Can Expect from the RoleKey Responsibilities and accountabilities:· Proactively manage federal, territorial, and local HR-related compliance matters, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws.· Coordinate and confidentially investigate employee relations matters, providing support to managers.· Perform general administrative functions, including maintaining employee files, updating legal compliance logs, and managing HRIS data entry and maintenance.· Support the payroll transition process and manage in-house payroll operations.· Assist with talent acquisition and support the onboarding of new employees.The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will HaveEssential Criteria:

  • College degree or equivalent background in HR.
  • Previous experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Proficiency in HR technical subjects, HRIS systems, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • French proficiency is advantageous.
