HR Recruiters might be interested in this job in the Brantford, Ontario area on a short-term contract / temporary basis! Human Resources Recruiters looking for a role that will help them refine their skills, should consider this opportunity. This organization is looking for a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities. You’ll be working on recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. We need someone who can wow us with their skill at recruiting functions, as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Start Date: Tuesday January 16th

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Onsite: Yes

Duration: 2-4 months contract

Location: Brantford, ON

Responsibilities:
– Screen and shortlist candidates
– Conduct phone screens with applicable candidates
– Schedule interviews for in person or virtual
– Conduct reference checks
– Update online job postings with responsibilities and requirements
– Utilize various job boards (Indeed and Linkedin)
– Other basic administrative tasks as requested

– Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting
– Experience with using Google Suite
– Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Proficiency in Recruiting Functions
– Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
